Delete a shield rule

Remove a rule. Mail it blocked starts arriving again.

The rule id (gr_…).

Returns 204 with no body. The remaining rules keep their relative order.

Messages the rule already blocked can't be recovered, because they were never stored. Their block records are kept after the rule is deleted, with the rule's name, so you can still see what it caught.
