Set or clear the domain's catch-all endpoint.

Sets the catch-all endpoint that all unrouted mail for the domain is delivered to. Explicit address routes still take precedence.

The domain id (dom_…).

catchAllEndpointIdstring | nullbodyrequired

An endpoint id (ep_…) to deliver unrouted mail to, or null to clear catch-all.

Returns 400 if the endpoint id is unknown, or 404 if the domain isn't yours.
