Retry email delivery

Re-attempt this email's failed webhook deliveries now.

Immediately re-attempts every failed or dead webhook delivery for this email. Successful and still-pending deliveries are left untouched. Useful after you've fixed an endpoint that was down.

How many deliveries were re-attempted. 0 if the email had no failed deliveries (e.g. a store-only inbox with no endpoint).

Returns 404 if the email doesn't exist or isn't yours.
